My Story
Tina is a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor and certified clinical military counselor who has been practicing since 2004 in a variety of settings. She has been predominantly trained as a client-centered psychotherapist and uses an eclectic mix of techniques
to assist her clients in reaching and often exceeding
their goals.
She has respect for each client’s unique background and journey and works within a collaborative framework to
assist them in achieving relief, empowerment and
self-actualization.
During her training she worked with adolescents in a university setting, homeless adults and children, adult and child survivors of domestic violence and rehabilitation patients suffering from a traumatic brain injury in a hospital setting. In private practice she enjoys working with a variety of clients from early adolescence through late adulthood who seek support, education and inspiration to navigate constructively through challenging issues and free themselves from barriers that prevent them from living
their best life.
Tina offers a variety of payment options for your convenience. She believes that therapy should be accessible to all and offers a sliding scale fee for those
that can demonstrate financial hardship.
She is currently "in network" with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance carriers. For all other insurance
carriers she would be considered "out of network"
at this time.
She offers private and confidential appointments
Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
